Local Government Transparency Code 2015 — Compliance Statement

Habergham Eaves Parish Council complies with the Local Government Transparency Code 2015 and publishes the following information in accordance with its statutory obligations.

Mandatory Publications

• Expenditure over £100: All items of expenditure exceeding £100 are recorded in the minutes of council meetings and are available on the Minutes page.
• Annual Accounts: End-of-year accounts are published below, including balance sheets and income/expenditure statements.
• Annual Governance and Accountability Return (AGAR): Published below, including the internal audit report and Annual Governance Statement.
• Notice of Public Rights: Published annually during the period for the exercise of public rights over the accounts.
• Councillor information: Names, wards and declaration of interests are published on the Councillors page.
• Land and building assets: Details of land and building assets owned by the Council are included in the annual accounts.
• Contracts: Details of contracts above the relevant threshold are published as part of the annual accounts or on request.

Precept

Habergham Eaves Parish Council sets a precept each year which is collected through Council Tax. Details of the precept are published in the annual accounts and are available on request from the Clerk.
